The Wallabies have already suffered an injury ahead of their match against Wales as Brumbies winger Joe Tomane suffered a training ground mishap and has been replaced.
Winger Tomane made his international debut against Scotland on Tuesday but rolled his ankle in training at Ballymore and had to leave the session early in order to go for a scan.
Scans have revealed that Tomane suffered a syndesmosis injury in his left ankle and has been replaced in the Test line-up by Melbourne Rebels winger Cooper Vuna who slotted into Tomane's place in training after the incident.
Tomane is expected to be sidelined for up to six weeks.
The news of Tomane's injury comes after a disappointing medical report for Western Force No.8 Ben McCalman who is now expected to have shoulder surgery which will rule him out for the season.
