Reds coach Ewen McKenzie has named his side to take on the Rebels in Melbourne on Friday, making just two changes to the side that did battle with the Brumbies a month ago.
Having enjoyed a four-week break during the international Test window, there is no doubt playmaker Quade Cooper will look to dominate proceedings in the Reds' unchanged backline.
Will Genia will captain the team as James Horwill remains injured. Horwill will be replaced by Adam Wallace-Harrison in the second-row, while Jake Schatz will don the number six jersey.
Meanwhile, Radike Samo and Ben Lucas move back into the match day 22 and will most likely get a run off the wood.
